Hot formed structural use 로 강관에 대한 규정입니다.
S235JRH : 20℃/27 Joule CVN
S355J0H : S355J0H : 0℃/27 Joule CVN
S355J2H : S355J2H : -20℃/27 Joule CVN
S355K2H : -20℃/40 Joule or -30℃/27 joule 조건입니다.
강재 뿐 아니라 대부분의 철강, 금속은
온도가 내려감에 따라 취성이 급격히 증가하므로
저온 충격에 대한 인성 (Toughness)을 규정하고 있습니다
S235, S275, S355와 같이 숫자로 나타나는 것은
항복강도(Yield Strength : MPa)의 최소 값으로
Steel Grade별 인장강도는
별도로 규정하고 있습니다.
※ Charpy V-Notch impact test
Test to measure the absorbed energy, impact value, percentage
of brittle/ductile fracture, transition temperature, etc. with using
charpy impact testing machine in which test piece is supported by
two supports distant by 40 mm so that the notch meets the middle
between supports and is broken by striking with one blow of
pendulum to the face opposite the notch.

The property of little deformability, hard and brittle in general,
It is usually compared by the strength of impact or the surface conditions of fracture
20℃＜ 0℃＜ -20℃＜-40℃＜-60℃＜-100℃ 저온으로 가면 갈수록
Brittleness(취성 : 깨지는 성질)는 급격히 증가하며, 구조체의 안전을 확보해야 할
철강 구조체가, 온도가 내려가는 환경에서 버티는 성질을 중요합니다.
