스텐인레스강이란 내식성을 향상 시킬 목적으로
Cr 또는 Cr+Ni 을 합금 시킨 합금강으로,

일반적으로는 Cr 함유량이 약 11% 이상
합금 된 강을 스테인레스강이라고 하고,

그 조직에 따라 마르텐사이트계
페라이트계, 오스테나이트계,

오스테나이트 + 페라이트계인 이상계
석출경화계 로 5가지로 나뉩니다.

※ Stainless steel
Alloy steels containing chromium 10.5% or more, carbon 1.2%
or less to improve the corrosion resistance.
They are classified into 5 types, which are
martensitic, ferritic, austenitic, austenitic-ferritic and precipition hardening.
principally according to their structure at ordinary temperature.

그 중 석출경화 스테인레스는
Al, Cu, Nb, Mo 등을 합금 시키고

열처리에 의해 이들 원소를 석출 시켜 경화 하는 성질을
지닌 스테인레스 강을 말합니다.

열처리 된 석출경화 스테인레스강은
인장강도가 1000 MPa에 이르는

높은 인장강도를 가지면서도
온도 상승에 따른 강도 저하 없이

내식성이 우수한 장점을 가집니다.
SUS630 and SUS631은 어떻든 Solution

treatment (용체화 처리) 라는 공정을 거치고,
용체화 처리란, 이전에 이미 석출 된 성분들을 재용해 해서

고용되도록 시행하는 열처리를 말합니다.
SUS630 Bar 는, Nb (니오븀)을,

SUS631 은, Al (알루미늄)을 결정 입자간에 석출 되어
시간이 경과 됨에 따라 강재가 단단해집니다….Strength Up.

※ Solution treatment (용체화 처리, 고용화 처리)
Heat treatment intended for dissolve previously precipitated
constituents and retain them in solution.

이전에 이미 석출 된 성분들을 재용해 되어 완전히 분해되
조직 내에 고용되어 다시 석출 되지 않게 하는 열처리.

	Precipitation hardening treatment	TH1050	After treatment S, holt at 760℃±15℃ for 90 min, cool
			to 15℃ or lower within 1h, hold for 30 min, and after
			holding at 565℃±10℃ for 90 min, air cool.
		RH950	After treatment S, hold at 955℃±10℃ for 10 min, air
			cool to room temperature, hold at -73℃±6℃ for 8h
			within 24h. and after holding at 510℃±10℃ for 60 min,
			air cool
