알루미늄 EN-AW 5083 재질은 강도로만 보면
Aluminum 중에서 중간 정도 수준의 강도입니다.

비열처리 재질로, 높은 내식성으로 해수와 관련된
해양 장치용, 압력용기, 트럭 body, ship building 용도로 사용합니다.

EN AW 5083 , AlMg4.5Mn0.7, Alloy 5083 알루미늄이면서
Extruded rod/bar, tube, and profiles 제품은 EN 755-2 규정에 있습니다.

5083 H111 에서 H111은 비열처리재의 Temper 를 말하며
H : 가공 경화 (strain-hardening) 한 것을 말하고

H1 : 가공 경화만 한 것으로, 소정의 기계적 성질을 얻기 위해
추가 열처리를 하지 않고, 가공 경화만 한 것을 말합니다.

H11 : 1/8 경질로 풀림 (annealed) 열처리 한 상태와
1/4 경질의 중간 정도의 인장강도 상태를 말합니다.

H111 : 가공 경화에 의해 H11로 얻을 수 있는 수준보다
약간 낮은 강도를 얻을 수 있는 상태를 의미합니다.

※ Strain hardening (가공 경화)
Modification of a metal structure by cold working, resulting in an increase
in strength and hardness, generally with some loss of ductility.

냉간 가공에 의한 금속 조직의 변화로 강도와 경도의 증가를 유발하며
일반적으로 연성이 감소되는 현상이 있습니다.

※ Extrusion (압출 : 押出)
Shaping metal into a chosen continuous form by forcing it
through a die of appropriate shape.

금속 재료를 일정한 다이에 힘을 가하며 통과시켜 연속적으로
원하는 형상의 제품을 제조하는 방법

※ Temper
The term “temper” means the division of mechanical properties
individually formed by various processing and heat treatment
conditions in the manufacturing process.

금속 또는 합금에 요구되는 특정한 물리적 성질 또는 기계적 성질을
부여하는 공정(예를 들면 기계적 처리 및 열처리) 후의 상태를 말합니다.
