Angle S31803, S32205 Duplex 스테인레스의 특징은
높은 강도와 함께 높은 내식성, PRE 40 (공식 저항 지수) 이상입니다.

Angle S31803, S32205 이상 (二相) 스테인레스 강재는
Ferrite 와 Austenitic, 2개 금속 조직의 이상적인 50 : 50 으로

높은 항복강도와 인장강도를 가지는 기계적 성질입니다.
ASTM 스테인레스 형강 규격 A276-304. A276-316L 재질은

항복강도 205 MPa minimum 이지만, A276-S31803, A276-S32205
항복강도 450 MPa minimum 으로, 2 배 이상의 강도입니다.

316L은 304 보다 해수(sea water)부식에 강한 스텐레스이지만
S31803, S32205 재질이 더 해수와 염화물 부식에

저항성을 가지면서 높은 강도를 가지므로
Angle 이, Plate, H-Beam 과 비교해 부자재 성격이지만

강도, 염화물과 해수에 대한 더 좋은 내식 성능으로
316L 사용시, 강도와 내식성이 염려될 때 사용됩니다.

하지만 Angle S31803, S32205 재질은 316L 재질보다
전면 부식과 황산에 의한 부식에서, 더 나쁩니다.

※ Austenitic-Ferritic Stainless Steels (Duplex, 이상 스텐레스)

스텐레스강이란 내식성을 향상 시킬 목적으로 Cr 또는 Cr+Ni 을
합금 시킨 합금강으로, 일반적으로는 Cr 함유량이 약 11% 이상 합금 된
강을 스텐레스강이라고 하고, 그 조직에 따라 마르텐사이트계
페라이트계, 오스테나이트계, 오스테나이트 + 페라이트계인 이상 (Duplex : 二相)계
석출경화계 로, 5 가지로 나뉩니다.

단면 모양이 ㄱ 형의 형강. 2변의 길이 및 두께가 각각 같던가 또는 다르던가에 따라
등변 ㄱ 형강, 부등변 ㄱ 형강, 부등변 부등두께 ㄱ 형강 이라고 합니다.
