Aluminum Alloy 6262, AA 6262 재질은 쾌삭성 알루미늄 합금입니다.
Lead (Pb) 가, 쾌삭성 원소로 주로 쓰이지만, 인체에 유해한 금속인 반면

Bismuth (Bi) 는, 인체에 유해성이 없어 Lead 대신 쾌삭성 원소로 사용됩니다.
Alloy 6262 재질은 아주 우수한 기계 가공 절삭성 뿐 아니라 매우 좋은 내식성과

강도, 그리고 표면 마무리 재질이지만 냉간 작업성은 좋지 않습니다.
고속도강 또는 초경 공구에 의해, 매끄러운 마무리가 가능합니다.

Alloy 6262 재질은 Alloy 2011, Alloy 2017 보다, 높은 내식성과, 절삭성,
Anodizing 효과가 필요할 때, 사용되는 재질입니다

Aluminum Alloy 6262 재질은 높은 응력을 받는 screw machine products,
valve and valve parts, coupling, camera components 용도로 사용됩니다.

Alloy 6262 는, 미국 연방 규격 QQ-A-250/10 — Rolled and cold finished wire,
rod, and bar, ASTM B210, B211, 221, B483 과 비교됩니다.

※ Anodizing (아노다이징 : 양극 산화 (陽極酸化)
아노다이징은 금속 제품 표면에 전기 화학적으로 산화 피막을 만들어
내식성, 내마모성을 향상 시키며, 도료에 의한 장식성도 높일 수 있습니다.
다른 금속보다 알루미늄에 많이 적용되며 아노다이징 처리에 의해
제품 표면의 산화 피막 (Al2O3)는 다공성이지만,
치밀한 산화물로 내마모성, 내식성, 내열성입니다.
아노다이징 처리만 해도, 알루미늄 고유 표면 색상이 오래가며
처리 과정에 따라 장식성 높은 표면 처리도 가능합니다,
