SMF 4050 은, 소결 금속으로 Iron (Fe) 를 Base Metal로 하고
구리 합금, 인장강도 500 MPa minimum 금속입니다.

SMF 4050 Symbol 은 Sintered Metal Ferrous,
“40”은, 탄소량 0.2~1.0, Copper 1~5% 수준의 합금을 말하고

“50” 은 인장강도를 의미하며, SMF 4020, SMF 4030, SMF 4040, SMF 4040
소결 금속은 Fe-C-Cu 배합에 의해 인장강도 Grade 가 나뉩니다.

JIS Z 2550, KS D 7046 규정은 기계 구조 부품용 소결 재료에 대한
규정으로 29 가지의 소결 금속 종류가 있습니다.

SMF 4050 재질은 내마모성이 있고, QT 열처리 가능 (강도 향상)합니다.
기어, 오일 펌프 모터, 볼시트 용도로 사용합니다.

※ Sintering (소결 : 燒結)
Thermal treatment of a powder or compact, at a temperature below
the melting point of the main constituent, for the purpose of increasing
its strength by the metallurgical bonding of its particles.
용융점 아래에서, 주 성분인 분말 또는 성형체를 열처리에 의해 금속
입자들의 결합에 의해, 강도를 높이는 것을 말합니다.

분말 야금은 야금법의 한 종류로, 금속 분말의 제조 및 금속 분말 (비금속 분말이
첨가된 경우도 포함) 의 성형과 소결에 의한 제품 제조를 말합니다.

※ Tensile Strength (인장강도 : 引張强度)
Value of maximum load during tensile test divided by the

As for materials in which the maximum load withstood by test piece
after yielding is lower than the upper yield point, it shall be the
value of the maximum load after yielding divided by original
sectional area of parallel portion.
