C62400 재질은 86Cu-11Al-3Fe 화학 조성을 가지는 알루미늄 청동으로,
common mane : Albronze 11% 이고, SAE J463 Spec과 비교됩니다.

알루미늄 청동은 알루미늄 합금량과 열처리에 의해
기계적 성질이 변하는 재질로, 12% 이하의 알루미늄을 합금 하면

일반적인 황동 청동보다 기계적 성질이 개선되고
내식성 (corrosion resistance), 내열성이 좋아집니다.

C62400 은, D25 mm 인 경우, 항복강도 310 MPa minimum,
인장강도 655 MPa minimum 강도 동합금입니다.

C62400 은, fasteners (bolts and nuts), gears, bearing, valve stems and guides
bushings, cams, tie rods, pump rods 등의 용도로 사용합니다.

알루미늄의 비중이 작아 (2.6989 g/㎤), 동 (비중 8.93 g/㎤ at 20℃) 와
합금으로, C62400 재질의 비중은 7.45 g/㎤ 입니다.

Alloy composed of 77.0~92.5 % of copper, 6.0~12.0 % of aluminum,
1.5 ~6.0 % of iron, not more than 7.0 % of nickel
and not more than 2.0 % of manganese.
