Phynox®KL F1058 금속은 초합금으로 합금 원소 함량이 90% 수준입니다.
40Co-20Cr-16Fe-15Ni 합금으로 의료용으로 wire, strip 제품입니다.
인장강도 2000 MPa 수준의 높은 강도, 비자성 (non-magnetic),
-269℃ 극저온 환경에서부터 500℃ 고온 환경까지 사용 가능합니다.
Phynox®KL F1058 는, 내식성이고, Spring 용도로 사용되며, 냉간 가공과
aging treatment 열처리로 가능하고, tolerance ISO h6 표면 품질입니다.
Phynox®KL F1058 재질은 ASTM F1058, AMS 5833, AMS 5834
ISO 5832-7, 2.4711 재질과 비교 가능한 코발트 합금입니다.
Phynox®KL F1058 use for torsion bars, seals, medical devices,
implants and orthodontic wire 용도로 사용합니다.

final cold working or after a final heat treatment.

상온 또는 상온에 가까운 온도에서 용질 원자의 확산이 일어나게
함으로써, 철강재의 성질이 개선되는 현상.
※ Aging treatment (시효처리)
Heat treatment applied to a ferrous product after solution treatment
bring its properties to the required level.
Note : It consists of heating to and socking at one or more
specified temperature, followed by appropriate cooling
철강재가 필요한 성질을 가지도록 용체화 처리한 뒤에 적용하는 열처리.
이 처리는 가열한 뒤 정해진 하나 또는 두 온도에서 일정 시간 유지하는
균열화 처리 후 적절하게 냉각하는 공정으로 이루어집니다.
