C96900 은, 77Cu-15Ni-8Sn 화학 조성을 가지는 C72900 재질과
주요 화학 조성에서 내용이 같은, 열처리 공급 동합금입니다.

항복강도 105 MPa minimum (724 MPa) 이상의 고강도, 고경도, 좋은 가공성,
동합금으로, 금속이 광택을 잃는 현상에 저항성 — tarnish resistance 성질입니다.

C96900 은 Alloy 25 (C17200) — Copper-Beryllium Alloy 보다
내식성 (corrosion resistance) 에서 뛰어난 재질입니다.

ASTM B505 C96900 재질은 기본적으로 열처리 공급되며, 열처리 조건은
825℃, 1h, water quenching + aged at 425 ℃, 4h, water quenching 입니다.

C96900 은, non-magnetic 재질이며, 항공기용 bearing, 산업용
부품으로 사용하며, ASTM B505 는 연속 주조 동합금 규격입니다.

increase in tensile strength and hardness) of some metals,
final cold working or after a final heat treatment.

상온 또는 상온에 가까운 온도에서 용질 원자의 확산이 일어나게
함으로써, 철강재의 성질이 개선되는 현상.

※ Mechanical properties (기계적 성질 : 機械的性質)
Various properties relating to mechanical deformation and
breaking such as tensile strength, yield point or proof strength,
elongation, reduction of area, hardness, impact value,
fatigue strength, creep strength, etc.

인장강도, 항복점, 연신율, 단면 수축율, 경도, 충격치, 피로 강도,
크리프 강도 등 기계적인 변형 및 파괴에 관계되는 성질을 말합니다.

※ 연속 주조 (Continuous Casting)
주형에 용융 금속을 연속적으로 공급하고, 금속이 응고함에 따라 주형의 다른 부분에서
연속적으로 뽑아내어 제품이 형성되는 주조 방법으로 길이는 주형의 치수와는 무관합니다.
