DC01 Sheet 는, EN 10130 규정의 냉간 압연 강판 재질입니다.
조질 압연 (skin pass) 상태로 공급되기도 하고

수요자와 공급자간 협의에 의해, Non-skin-passed 로, 구분됩니다.
DC01 Sheet 는, 항복강도 280 MPa maximum, 인장강도 270~410 MPa 입니다.

DC01 Sheet 와 비교되는 KS SPCC 재질은 화학 원소의 규정만 있고
기계적 성질이 없는 것과 구분되지만, 서로 비교 가능한 재질입니다.

※ Skin pass (조질 압연 , Temper Rolling)
light reduction cold rolling treatment to obtain the improvement
of appearance, shape, mechanical properties of steel plate and steel strip.
For the galvanized steel plate and steel strip, skin pass is
performed for the purpose to make the surface smooth.

냉간 압연 된 강판은 냉간압연 가공 과정에 의해 강도는 증가하지만,
인성이 감소하는 현상이 있으므로, Annealing (어닐링, 소둔) 열처리
과정으로 강판 내부의 응력 (stress)를 제거한 후, 결정 입자를
세밀하게 하기 위해 가벼운 냉간 압연 (light reduction cold rolling)를
하게 되고, 가벼운 냉간 압연을 조질 압연 이라고 표현합니다.
조질 압연 된 강판은 인성 (Toughness)이 개선됩니다.

Skin pass 목적은 다음 중 한 가지입니다.
1. 최종 제품의 제조 과정에서 코일 파괴, 연신 변형이나 주름의 발생을 일시적으로 최소화함
2. 보통의 장식용 도장에 적합한 요구 표면 마무리 상태를 얻기 위함
3. 모양을 제어하기 위함 : 스킨 패스로 약간의 경도 증가와 연신율 저하를 가져 옵니다.

보통 스킨 패스한 상태로 공급되나, 구매자의 요구에 의해
스킨 패스 하지 않고, 어닐링한 상태로도 공급됩니다.
This products normally supplied skin passed but may be supplied annealed
last (ie. Without a skin pass), if specified by the purchaser on this order.
