50CrV4 재질은 냉간 압연 된, 폭이 좁은 Strip 제품 규격입니다.
50CrV4 는, DIN 규격이고, 유럽 통합 후 규격은 51CrV4 이고,

EN Material Number 는 1.8159 로 같고, 1.8159, 51CrV4 (50CrV4)
재질이 소속된 EN 10132-4 규정은 스프링과 기타 재질 규정입니다.

50CrV4 재질은 어닐링 또는 어닐링 and 조질 압연 된 Strip or Sheet
강재의 인장강도는 700 MPa minimum 이지만

Quenched and Tempering 열처리 하면, 인장강도 1200~1800 MPa,
Hardness HV 370~550 수준의 경도 값을 가지는 강재입니다,

For the galvanized steel plate and steel strip, skin pass is
performed for the purpose to make the surface smooth.

냉간 압연 된 강판은 냉간 압연 가공 과정에 의해 강도는 증가하지만,
인성이 감소하는 현상이 있으므로, Annealing (어닐링, 소둔) 열처리
과정으로 강판 내부의 응력 (stress)를 제거한 후, 결정입자를
세밀하게 하기 위해 가벼운 냉간 압연 (light reduction cold rolling)를
하게 되고, 가벼운 냉간 압연을 조질 압연 이라고 표현합니다.
조질 압연 된 강판은 인성 (Toughness)이 개선됩니다.

※ Annealing (풀림 열처리)
Heat treatment consisting of heating and soaking at a suitable
temperature followed by cooling under conditions such that,
after return to ambient temperature, the metal will be in
a structural state closer to that of equilibrium.
Annealing is a heat treatment process to transform the steel
structure in to a more homogeneous, soft or more suitable state

Note : Since this definition is very general, it is advisable to use an
expression specifying the aim of the treatment (see bright annealing,
full annealing, soft annealing, inter-critical annealing, isothermal
annealing and subcritical annealing)

금속 재료를 적당한 온도로 가열하고, 그 온도에서 유지하는 균질화 처리를
한 뒤, 냉각함으로써 냉각 후 상온에서의 조직이 평형 상태에
가깝도록 하는 열처리를 말합니다.

이 용어는 아주 광범위하게 사용되므로 처리하는 목적을 덧붙여
사용하는 것이 바람직하다. 예를 들어 광휘 어닐링, 완전 어닐링,
연화 어닐링, 중간 어닐링, 등온 어닐링, 변태점 이하 어닐링.
