1.0736 강재 특징은 쾌삭강이고, 유럽 Standard 에서는 쾌삭강을
황이 적어도 0.1% 이상인 경우로 규정하고 있습니다.

EN 10087, 1.0736, 11SMn37 강재는 Hot Rolled 강재이고
EN 10277-3, 1.0736 강재는 열처리 하지 않는 강재를 모재로

냉간 인발 강재에 대한 규정으로, 열간 강재와 냉간 강재의 차이가 있습니다.
1.0736 강재는 황을 main 쾌삭 원소로 하고, 인(P) 함량을

다른 일반 탄소강재 0.050 maximum 대비, 1.0736 에는
0.11% maximum 으로 많이 합금 하므로, 인(P)도 쾌삭 원소로 사용했습니다.

1.0736, 11SMn37 강재는, 자동차용 부품으로 사용하며
대량으로 절삭 해서 사용하는 용도로 사용됩니다.

Steels to which free cutting properties is improved by
individual or combined addition of phosphorus (P), sulfur (S),
lead (Pb), selenium (Se), tellurium (Te), calcium (Ca), etc.

인, 황, 납, 셀레늄, 텔루륨, 칼슘 등을 단독 또는 복합으로
첨가하여, 피삭성을 높인 강.
