C95500 은, 알루미늄 청동으로, Aluminum nominal 11% 합금입니다,
구리에 알루미늄을 합금 하면, 강도, 경도, 내마모성, 내피로성이 증가하고

이와 같은 효과는 알루미늄 8~12% 합금시 나타납니다.
C95500 에는 Nickel 이 합금 되며, 니켈은 강도를 높여주는 효과가 있습니다.

C95500 은 As cast 상태에서도 620 MPa minimum 인장강도이지만
열처리 하면, 760 MPa 이상의 인장강도가 가능합니다.

C95500 은 좋은 해수에 대한 좋은 내식성이며, 높은 하중을 받는 베어링
해수 해양 설비, Bushings, Gears, Warms, Valve guides 용도로 사용됩니다.

※ Hardness (경도 : 硬度)
Resistance to plastic deformation usually by indentation.
For steel users, it is a parameter to express different mechanical
properties of steel. It should be considered together with other
properties. For example, if two different steel grades have both
50 HRC hardness, it does not necessary mean both have the
same mechanical properties or wear resistance.

압인이나 긁힘에 의한 변형, 특히 영구적인 변형에 대한 재료의
내구성으로 강재의 기계적 성질의 지표입니다.
다른 강재가, 같은 경도 값을 가지더라도 내마모성, 기계적 성질이
다를 수 있으니, 경도와 함께 다른 기계적 성질도 참고해야 합니다.

※ Fatigue (피로 : 疲勞)
A damage of material due to periodically fluctuating stresses.
These stresses may have a maximum value, which is less then
the tensile strength of the material.
Fatigue often causes cracks starting with a notch at a sharp
corner of the surface or inner structure as a result of
defaults like inclusions or microcracks.
