AMS 4462 알루미늄 합금은 Alclad 2024-T3 Sheet 제품,
Alclad 2024-T351 Plate 제품에 대한 규정으로, 냉간 압연과

자연 시효 열처리 된, 내식성과 강도를, 동시에 추구한 알루미늄 Clad 제품입니다.
AMS 4462 재질은 ASTM B209 Alclad 2024, Clad with 1230 Alloy 재질과 대응되며

ASTM B209 Clad Aluminum 으로는, Alclad 2014, Alclad 2219, Alclad 3003,
Alclad 3004, Alclad 6061, Alclad 7075, 7가지 Clad 재질이 있습니다.

Alclad 는 판의 중심을 두랄루민과 같은 내식성은 떨어지나,
높은 강도를 가진 알루미늄을 가운데로 하고.

앞면과 뒷면에 강도는 떨어지지만, 내식성이 높은 순 알루미늄을
압연에 의한 압착 방법으로 제조 된 알루미늄 Sheet, Plate 를 말합니다.

AMS 4462 재질은 높은 강도와 내피로성, 광택 있는 표면 마무리 상태로
항공기용 소재로 사용되어 aircraft skins, cowls, aircraft structures 쓰입니다.

AMS-QQ-A-250/5 규정은 AMS 4462 규정과 대응되며, Alloy 1230 (99.30% Al)로
두랄루민 Alloy 2024 를 가운데 두고 Clad 한 Plate and Sheet 규정입니다.

※ Aluminium Temper “T3” meaning
Solution Heat Treated and Then Cold Worked
Applies to products that are cold worked to improved strength, or in which
the effect of cold work in flattening and straightening is recognized in
applicable mechanical properties
용체화 처리 후 냉간 가공한 것으로 열처리 후 강도를 증가 시키기 위해
냉간 가공을 하고, 충분히 안정된 상태까지 자연 시효 시킨 것을 말합니다.

※ Clad Plate (클래드 : 접합판)
a plate of which the base material (a plate constituting the base plate) is clad
on all the surface with a sheet of different kind alloy by the method such as
pressure welding or the like
심재 (중심이 되는 판)의 표면에 피재 (종류가 다른 합금의 얇은 판)를
압접 등의 방법으로 전면에 접합한 판을 말합니다.
