1.3244, HS6-5-3-8 강재는 고속도 공구강 (HSS : High Speed Steel)으로
W, Mo — 고용융점 금속이면서 고속도강에서 가장 중요한 원소,

Cr, Co — 담금질성 향상성을 주는 원소로, 고속도 공구강재는 고속 절삭시
600℃ 수준까지 사용해도, 연화 되지 않고, 경도 감소가 적은 강재입니다.

1.3244 재질은 높은 내마모성, 높은 경도와 압축 강도,
심경화능, 좋은 인성, 좋은 템퍼 저항성 특징입니다.

1.3244 강재의 공급은 Soft annealed HB 300 maximum 수준,
인발재인 경우는 HB 320 maximum 수준, 비중 8.04 g/㎤ at 20℃ 입니다.

1.3244, HS6-5-3-8 재질은 JIS G 4403 SKH 40, KS D 3522 SKH40
powder metallurgy process 방법으로 생산되는 재질과 비교 가능합니다.

hardness and temper resistance up to about 600℃.

고탄소강에 크롬, 몰리브덴, 텅스텐, 바나듐, 코발트 등의 원금 원소를
비교적 다량으로 첨가하고, 절삭 공구 등에 쓰이는 공구강으로
주로 고속 절삭에 적합하며, 마찰열에 의한 고온에 잘 견딥니다.
합금 원소에 따라 텅스텐계와 몰리브덴계로 나뉩니다.
