A516-65 Plate 재질은 중저온용 용접하는 압력용기 탄소강 강판 규격입니다.
노치 인성 (notch toughness)을 중요시 하는 강판 규격입니다.

A516-65 에서 숫자 “65”는, 65 ksi 로, MPa로 환산하면 450 MPa 입니다.
A516-65 Plate 강재의 인장강도 최소 값이 450 이라는 의미입니다.

수요와 공급 조건에 따라, Charpy V-Notch Impact Test 와
A578 — Ultrasonic Examination (비파괴 초음파 탐상 시험) 조건이 따를 수 있습니다.

A516-65 압력용기용 강재는 강판 두께 40mm 이하에서는 As-Roll 생산되지만,
40 mm 이상에서는 normalizing or stress relieved 또는 두 가지 열처리 모두 시행됩니다.

Steel products manufactured pressure vessels and high pressure
equipment which require strength, weldability and principally
toughness at a ordinary temperature.
They are generally used for the principal portions of pressure vessels.

압력용기 및 고압 설비용으로서 고온 강도, 용접성 및 주로
상온에서의 인성을 중요시하여 제조 된 강재로
보통 압력용기의 주요 부분에 사용됩니다.

※ Heat Analysis = Cast analysis = Ladle analysis = 용강분석치 = 溶鋼分析値
Analytical results obtained in analysis for a sample taken into the process,
where the liquid steel is teemed into a mold from a ladle and solidified.
It indicates chemical components that represent the liquid steel and
the chemical components of steel products are generally shown as results
by cast analysis or ladle analysis.

일반적으로 용강이 래들에서 주형으로 주입 되어 응고 할 때 까지의
과정에서 채취 된 분석 시료에 대하여 시행한 분석치.
용강의 평균 화학 성분을 나타내며, 강재의 화학 성분은
용강 분석치 (또는 래들) 분석치로서 나타냅니다.
