NA14 재질은 BS 3076 Bar 형태의 영국 규격으로 EN 2.4816,
NiCr15Fe 규정과 ASTM A166 UNS N06600 재질에 대응됩니다.

NA14 니켈 합금은 Nickel, Chromium, Iron 합금으로, 주로 Annealed 조건입니다.
침탄, 질화, 산화에 대한 저항성이 높고, 내식성, 염화 수소에 높은 저항성입니다.

약 700℃ 수준까지 사용하며, 산업용 furnace (爐 : 로), 열 교환기, 원자력 발전소,
열처리 설비, 고온용 버너 부품, 산업용 산과 알칼리 생산 설비에 사용됩니다.

※ 산화 (Oxidation : 酸化)
The addition of oxygen to a compound,
Exposure to atmosphere sometimes results in oxidation of the
exposed surface, hence a staining or discoloration,
This effect is increased with temperature.

산소와의 결합을 말합니다.
표면이 대기에 노출되면 산화 된 결과 표면 색이 변하고 변형이 됩니다.
온도가 높아지면 산화는 가속화됩니다.

※ Annealing (풀림 열처리)
Heat treatment consisting of heating and soaking at a suitable
temperature followed by cooling under conditions such that,
after return to ambient temperature, the metal will be in
a structural state closer to that of equilibrium.
Annealing is a heat treatment process to transform the steel
structure in to a more homogeneous, soft or more suitable state
Note : Since this definition is very general, it is advisable to use an
expression specifying the aim of the treatment (see bright annealing,
full annealing, soft annealing, inter-critical annealing, isothermal
annealing and subcritical annealing)

금속 재료를 적당한 온도로 가열하고, 그 온도에서 유지하는 균질화 처리를
한 뒤, 냉각함으로써 냉각 후 상온에서의 조직이 평형 상태에
가깝도록 하는 열처리를 말합니다.
