S235JRC 재질은 연마환봉 (bright Bar)이고, 유럽 규격의 일반적으로
사용되는 탄소강 마환봉, EN 10277-2 규정의 재질은, 12 가지입니다.

EN 10277-2 규정 재질 중 S235JRC 강재의 원소재는
EN 10025-2 규정의 S235JR 재질로, 이 재질을 가지고

As rolled + turned 조건으로 가공하면 +SH 라고 하고
Cold drawn (냉간 인발) 하면 +C 라고 합니다.

S235JR As rolled 조건의 원소재를 +Turned 하면 강도의 변화가 없지만
S235JR 강재를 냉간 인발 하면, 가공 경화 효과로 강도가 높아집니다.

※ Strain hardening (가공 경화)
Modification of a metal structure by cold working, resulting in an increase in strength
and hardness, generally with some loss of ductility.
냉간 가공에 의한 금속 조직의 변화로 강도와 경도의 증가를 유발하며
일반적으로 연성이 감소되는 현상이 있습니다.

※ Cold working (냉간가공)
Plastic deformation of a metal or alloy at a temperature
such that strain hardening occurs.
가공 경화가 발생하는 온도에서의 금속 또는 합금의 소성 변형을 말합니다.

※ Drawing (인발 : 引拔)
The process of pulling material through a die to reduce the size,

소재를 잡아 당겨, 다이를 통과시키면서 단면적이나 크기를
줄여 나가거나, 금속을 경화 시키기도 하는 방법
