A276-304 Condition B 강재는 고강도 스텐레스 재질입니다.
A276-304 Condition B — 인장강도 860 MPa minimum 과 (D19.05 mm)

A276-304 Condition A — 인장강도 515 MPa minimum 과 (D19.05 mm) 로
Condition 에 따라서 확연한 강도 차이를 보이는 Strain Hardening 강재입니다.

ASTM A276 규정은 스텐레스 봉강과 형강에 대한 규정으로, 그 중 Type 304 는
오스테나이트 스텐레스로, Type 316 과 함께 많이 쓰이는 재질입니다.

높은 내식성과 가공성으로 열간, 냉간 Round, Square, Flat Bar, Shapes 형상입니다.
오스테나이트 스텐레스는 냉간 가공으로 기계적 성질을 높여 사용하는 재질로

열처리에 의해 강도 경도를 높여서 쓰는 마르텐자이트, Duplex 재질과 차이가 있습니다.
A276-304 Condition B 의 Cond “B” 는 심한 냉간 가공 재료에 붙이는 Symbol 입니다.

A276-304 Condition B 재질은 외과용 의료기기, fasteners, studs, washers,
screw 로 쓰이며, AMS-QQ-S-763, A193 Gr.B8 Cl.2 와 비교 가능합니다.

※ Stainless steel
Alloy steels containing chromium 10.5% or more, carbon 1.2%
or less to improve the corrosion resistance.
They are classified into 5 types, which are
martensitic, ferritic, austenitic, austenitic-ferritic and precipitation hardening.
principally according to their structure at ordinary temperature.

스텐레스강이란 내식성을 향상 시킬 목적으로 Cr 또는 Cr+Ni 을
합금 시킨 합금강으로, 일반적으로는 Cr 함유량이 약 11% 이상 합금된
강을 스텐레스강이라고 하고, 그 조직에 따라 마르텐사이트계
페라이트계, 오스테나이트계, 오스테나이트 + 페라이트계인 이상 (Duplex  : 二相)계
석출경화계 로, 5 가지로 나뉩니다.

※ Strain Hardening (변형 경화)
An increase in hardness and strength caused by plastic
deformation at temperature lower than the recrystallization range.
재결정 온도 이하에서 소성 변형을 일으켜 경도와 강도를 증가 시키는 현상을 말합니다.
