용도로 사용되는 비자성 (non-magnetic)오스테나이트계 스텐입니다.

AMS 5737 은, 높은 응력과 고온 환경부터 극저온까지 많이 사용되는 재질입니다.

A108-1144 재질을 QT 열처리 하지 않고, 냉간 인발 과정 만으로도
항복강도 100 ksi (690 MPa)의 고강도가 실현되는 장정이 있는 재질로
고강도와 높은 쾌삭 성능, 적은 공차와 매끄러운 표면 마무리 특징도 있습니다.
이와 같은 강도와 표면 마무리로 A108-1144 재질은 shafts, pinions,
spindles, gears, link pins, mandrels, boring bars 용도로 사용됩니다.

※ Free cutting steels (Resulfurized : 쾌삭강, 快削鋼) — JIS
Steels to which free cutting properties is improved by
individual or combined addition of phosphorus (P), sulfur (S),
lead (Pb), selenium (Se), tellurium (Te), calcium (Ca), etc.
