57Ni-20Cr-10Co-8.5Mo-2.1Ti-0.005B 화학 조성 초합금입니다.
AMS 5951 금속은 가공성과 용접성이 우수하고, 열적 안전성과

649~927℃ 수준에서 높은 크리프 강도가 조화를 이루는 재질입니다.
이와 같은 성질로, 항공기의 배기관 노즐, 항공기 터빈 용도로 쓰입니다.

AMS 5951, Alloy 282 합금은 풀림 열처리 후의 Aged (시효 처리) 하거나
냉간 압연에 의한 가공 경화시 물성은 최대로 향상되고, 비중 8.3 g/℃ 입니다.

AMS 5951 금속은 Haynes® Alloy 282 — trademark of Haynes International,
ASTM B637 N07208 화학 조성과 대응 가능합니다.

※ Aging (시효: 時效)
Phenomenon leading to a modification in the properties of a ferrous
product due to the migration of interstitial elements, which can
occur at ambient temperature or at temperature close to it.

상온 또는 상온에 가까운 온도에서 용질 원자의 확산이 일어나게
함으로써, 철강재의 성질이 개선되는 현상.

※ Vacuum Melting (진공 용해 : 眞空熔解)
Melting in a vacuum to prevent contamination from air, as well as to
remove gases already dissolved in the metal ; the solidification may
also be carried out on a vacuum or at low pressure.

진공이나 낮은 압력에서 금속을 용해하는 생산 방법으로 대기 속에
있는 산소, 불순물이 들어가지 않게 금속을 제조하는 방법으로, 의료용,
고급 금속, 특수강, 전자 산업용 금속 재료의 생산에 사용되는 방법입니다.

※ Creep strength materials
Steels, nickel- or cobalt alloys with minimum 8% chromium, which are
characterised by good mechanical behaviour at temperature above 500℃
under long-range service condition ; i.e. primarily by creep strength
to 1% plastic strain or creep rupture strength during long-time stressing.

강(鋼)이나, 니켈 합금, 코발트 합금이면서 최소 크롬을 8% 이상 합금으로
500℃ 이상의 환경에서 사용될 때, 좋은 기계적 성질을 보이는 금속을 말합니다.
