A6063BE 재질은 알루미늄 합금으로, Al-Mg-Si 화학 조성입니다.
석출 경화형 합금으로, Mg2Si 석출물 발현으로 강도가 높아집니다.

A6063BE-T6 — 항복강도 177 MPa minimum,
A6061BE-T6 — 항복강도 245 MPa minimum 으로

A6063BE-T6 재질이 강도 면에서는 떨어지지만 내식성, 특히
내해수성과 표면 처리성이 우수하고, 성형성이 좋고, 용접이 가능합니다.

A6063BE 의 “BE”는 Bar Extruded 약자로 압출 환봉이라는 의미로
원형 (round-bar), 정사각, 직사각 등으로 형상으로 제조 됩니다.

※ Temper T6
Solution heat treated and artificially aged.
용체화 처리 후 시효 경화 한 것을 말합니다.
용체화 처리 후 적극적인 냉간 가공을 하지 않고 인공 시효 경화
처리한 것으로, 그 냉간 가공 한 것의 효과가 작습니다.

※ Solution heat treatment (용체화 처리/고용화 처리)
A process in which an alloy is heated to a suitable temperature and is held
at this temperature long enough to allow soluble constituents to enter into
solid solution where they are retained in a super-saturated state after quenching.

합금을 적절한 온도로 가열하고 급랭 이후 과포화 상태로 존재하던
가용 성분이 고용체에 고용화 될 수 있도록 충분히 유지하는 공정을 말합니다.
