스텐레스 Alloy 309S 재질의 특징은 내열성, 고온 내산화성입니다.
높은 크롬 합금으로, 1000℃ 수준에서도 환원성 산화에 저항성을 가집니다.

AMS 5523 규정은 내열, 내식성의 판, sheet, strip 형상 제품 규정으로
A240-309S, UNS 30908, SAE 30309S, 재질과 대응 가능합니다.

Alloy 309S 오스테나이트 내열강은 Furnace (로 : 爐)의 문, 버너, 팬,
석유 정제 장치, 열처리로, 소각로, 발전 설비, walking beams 용도입니다.

Alloy 309S 스텐은 비중 7.89 g/㎤, 탄성계수 196 GPa, 열전도율 15.6 W/m·K,
비열 502 J/kg·K (0~100℃) 의 물리적 성질을 가지는 재료입니다.

※ Chromium (Cr) – gives stainless steel its stainless quality. Increases response to
heat treatments and depth of hardness. In combination with nickel, greatly
increases corrosion and oxidation resistance. Also increases toughness,
tensile strength, and resistance to wear.

크롬은 스텐레스를 스텐레스답게 만드는 원소로, 크롬 함량을 높이면 열처리성과
경도의 깊이를 깊게 하고, 니켈과 함께 할 경우, 내식성과 내산화성을 향상 시킵니다.
또한 인성, 인장강도, 내마모성을 높이는 원소입니다.

※ Oxidation resistance (내산화성 : 耐酸化性)
A property of oxidation resistance at a high temperature.
고온에서 산화 (철의 부식)에 견디는 성질.

※ Heat Resistance (내열성 : 耐熱性)
Property of materials that are used at above 550℃ (for steel : wustite point)
due to their excellent resistance to the effects of hot gases and products of
combustion as well as their resistance to the influence of molten salts and
molten metals but also showing good mechanical properties during short
and long-time stressing.

내열성은 550℃ 를 넘는 연소 가스의 영향에 저항성 성질 뿐 아니라 용융염,
용융 금속에도, 짧은 시간부터 오랜 기간 응력에 대한 영향에서, 좋은 기계적
성질과 내산화 내부식 성질입니다.
대개의 금속은 540~550℃ 수준을 넘는 온도 노출되면 미세 구조의 변화로
심한 연성 저하와 충격 강도의 저하가 있습니다.
