1.4006 — Steel Number, X12Cr13 — Steel Name 으로, +QT650 은
담금질 온도 950~1000℃, 풀림 680~780e℃ 열처리 되어

인장강도 650~850 MPa 수준의 높은 강도인 마르텐자이트 스텐레스입니다.
1.4006 스텐은 열처리에 의해 경화 가능한 내식성을 가지는 재질입니다.

1.4006 스텐레스는 furnace and burner parts, flanges and fittings,
petrochemical pump equipment, mining machinery 용도로 쓰입니다.

1.4006 강재는 계속 사용 온도 650℃ 까지, 간혹 형성되는 750℃ 수준까지
스케일 저항성이고, annealed 조건에서는 인장강도 730 MPa max. 입니다.

※ Scale (스케일)
고온에서 금속 표면에 형성된 부식 생성물의 고체 층을 말합니다.
Solid layer of corrosion products formed on a metal at high temperature.

※ Martensite (마르텐자이트)
체심 정방체 (BCC) 구조를 가지는 준안정 고용체를 말합니다.
이것은 오스테나이트가 확산 기구가 아닌 방법으로 변태 되어 형성됩니다.
마르텐자이트는 담금질 강재의 구조입니다.

Metastable solid solution with a body-centred tetragonal crystal or a
body-centered cubic crystal having the same chemical composition
as that of the original austenite.
It is formed at a temperature of point Ms or lower by the transformation
of austenite without diffusional mechanism.
Martensite is sometimes produced by plastic deformation of austenite.
Martensite is the structure in quenched steel.

※ Transformation (변태 : 變態)
A phenomenon in which a crystal structure is changed into another
crystal structure by the rise or fall of temperature.
Magnetic transformation involves no change of crystal structure.

온도가 오르고 내림에 따라 하나의 결정 구조가 다른 결정 구조로
변하는 것을 말합니다.
