Inconel® 718 Sheet 금속은 52.5% nominal 니켈 합금이고
Inconel 은 Special Metals trademark 입니다.

Inconel® 718 Sheet, Temper annealed 조건의 재료는 ASTM B670 규정 재료와
대응되는, 고내식성, 1000 MPa 이상의 고항복강도, 982℃ 에서의 고온 내산화성,

극저온성, 용접 후 크랙에 대한 저항성, 좋은 creep 강도, fatigue 강도 재료로,
우주 항공용 연료통, 케이스, 가스 터빈, 마이너스 200℃ 이하의 극저온용 탱크 용도입니다.

Inconel® 718 Sheet 재질은 AMS 5596, AMS 5597 규정과 대응되며
UNS N07718, EN 2.4668 규정 Nickel Alloy 재료와도 대응됩니다.

※ HAZ (Heat Affected Zone : 열 영향부)
철강, 금속을 가스 절단이나, 용접 열에 의해 내부 조직, 기계적 성질이
변하는 부분을 말하고, 균열의 시작점이 되기도 합니다.

※ Fatigue (피로 : 疲勞)
A damage of material due to periodically fluctuating stresses.
These stresses may have a maximum value, which is less then
the tensile strength of the material.
Fatigue often causes cracks starting with a notch at a sharp
corner of the surface or inner structure as a result of
defaults like inclusions or microcracks.

※ Fatigue Strength (피로강도 : 疲勞强度)
A property of resistance for breaking to be generated by repeated stress
반복되는 응력으로 발생하는 파괴에 견디는 성질.

※ Oxidation resistance (내산화성 : 耐酸化性)
A property of oxidation resistance at a high temperature.
고온에서 산화 (철의 부식)에 견디는 성질
