UPN200 은 유럽형 Channel 로 찬넬의 높이가 200 입니다.
Europäische U-Stahl-Normalprofile (유럽 표준형 찬넬)은

찬넬의 높이가 100~1000 까지 있고, UPN200 의 Size는
높이 (web)200, 날개 (flange) 75, tw : 8.5, tf : 11.5, 단위 중량 32.2 kg/m 입니다.

UPN200 유럽형 찬넬은 S355J2, S275JR 재질의 사용이 많으며
S355J2 재질은 항복강도 355 MPa, CVN 충격시험

-20℃ 에서 27 joule minimum 의 취성 시험이 있어
JIS 의 SM490YB 재질보다도 저온 충격 시험 온도가 더 낮습니다.

UPN200 은 찬넬의 size이고, S355J2 는 강재의 재질로
S355J2 강재는 Killed Steel 로 제조 되는 특징이 있습니다.

※ Charpy V-Notch Impact Test (CVN : 샤르피 충격 시험)
Test to measure the absorbed energy, impact value, percentage
of brittle/ductile fracture, transition temperature, etc. with using
charpy impact testing machine in which test piece is supported by
two supports distant by 40 mm so that the notch meets the middle
between supports and is broken by striking with one blow of
pendulum to the face opposite the notch.

샤르피 충격 시험기를 사용하여 시험편을 40 mm 간격이 있는 두 개의
지지대에 올려 놓고, 또한 노치부를 지지대 사이의 중앙에 놓고
노치부의 뒷면을 해머로 1회만 충격을 주어, 시험편을 파단 시키고
흡수 에너지, 충격치, 파면율, 천이 온도 등을 측정하는 시험.

※ Brittleness (취성 : 脆性 : 메짐성)
The property of little deformability, hard and brittle in general,
It is usually compared by the strength of impact or the surface conditions of fracture.

20℃＜ 0℃＜ -20℃＜-40℃＜-60℃＜-100℃ 저온으로 가면 갈수록
Brittleness(취성 : 깨지는 성질)는 급격히 증가하며, 구조체의 안전을 확보해야 할
철강 구조체가, 온도가 내려가는 환경에서 버티는 성질이 중요합니다.
