SUS 430F 강재는 쾌삭성 페라이트 스텐레스입니다.
황을 쾌삭성 원소로 활용한 재질이고, 크롬 17% 합금입니다.

SUS 430F 재질은 실내나 옥내에서는 부식 염려가 적지만
옥외 환경에서 사용에는 녹 발생이 있을 수 있는 재질입니다.

SUS 430F 스텐은, EN X14CrMoS17, 1.4104 재질과 대응되며
Annealed or Quenching and Tempering 열처리 가능합니다.

SUS 430F 재질을 Annealed상태에서는 항복강도 205 MPa min.이지만
Quenching and Tempering 후에는 550 MPa 수준 이상입니다.

※ Sulfur (S : 황)
In amounts of 0.06 to 0.3%, increases machinability.
It is not recommended for alloys used in hot forming.
It decreases weldability and ductility.

황 원소는 0.06~0.3% 수준의 합금으로, 절삭성을 높여 주지만
열간 압연 강재에는 사용치 않으며, 용접성과 연성을 해치는 원소입니다.

※ Free cutting steels (쾌삭강 : 快削鋼)
Steels with a minimum sulfur content of at least, in general, 0.1%
are regarded as free-cutting steels.

적어도 황이 0.1% 이상인 강재를 쾌삭강이라고 합니다.

※ Ferrite (페라이트)
알파 (α) 철과 델타 (δ) 철에 하나 이상의 원소가 고용되어 있는 고용체
연하고 자성이 있습니다.
Solid solution of one or more elements in alpha iron or delta iron.
It is magnetic and soft.

※ Ferritic Stainless Steels
Stainless steels contains chromium 10.5% or more, and
ferritic structure at ordinary temperature
SUS430 is representative.

크롬을 10% 이상 합금한 강재로, 상온에서도 페라이트 조직이며
SUS430 강종이 대표적인 페라이트 스텐레스입니다.
