Alloy R41 재질은 AMS 5712 와 대응되고 석출 경화로 높은 강도가
가능한 53% Nickel과 Cr-Co-Mo 합금으로, 진공 용해 생산하는

내식성과 내열성 특징의 환봉, 단조재, 링 형상의 초합금으로,
항공기의 엔진 부품으로 사용 되, 터빈 블레이드, 연소실, 터빈 휠,

항공기의 구조체, 미사일 부품, 볼트용으로 쓰입니다.
Alloy 41 초합금은 상온에서부터 870℃ 수준까지 높은 강도 재료이고

고온에서 크리프 강도가 높고, 높은 기계적 성질이고, Alloy R41 환봉 재료는
AMS 5712, UNS N07041, Rene 41 이라고도 부르고, EN 2.4973 비교 가능합니다.

※ Creep resistance (내크리프성)
a property of resistance against a phenomenon in which
strain in the lapse of time under a fixed stress at a high
temperature called high temperature creep.

고온의 일정한 압력을 받는 환경에서 물질의 변형이
시간이 경과함에 따라 증가하는 현상을 고온 크립이라고 하고
이에 견디는 성질을 말합니다.

※ Heat Resistance (내열성 : 耐熱性)
Property of materials that are used at above 550℃ (for steel : wustite point)
due to their excellent resistance to the effects of hot gases and products of
combustion as well as their resistance to the influence of molten salts and
molten metals but also showing good mechanical properties during short
and long-time stressing.

내열성은 550℃ 를 넘는 연소 가스의 영향에 저항성 성질 뿐 아니라 용융염,
용융 금속에도, 짧은 시간부터 오랜 기간 응력에 대한 영향에서, 좋은 기계적
성질과 내산화 내부식 성질입니다.
대개의 금속은 540~550℃ 수준을 넘는 온도 노출되면 미세 구조의 변화로
심한 연성 저하와 충격 강도의 저하가 있습니다.
