1.6580 강재는 QT 열처리에 의해 강판 두께 20 mm 경우에 1050 MPa
고항복강도가 가능한, EN 10083-3 규정의 기계 구조용 강재입니다.

0.30% 수준의 탄소량과 2% 수준의 크롬과 니켈, 0.40% 몰리브덴의
합금으로 quenching and tempering 열처리성이 좋게 되는 합금강재입니다.

1.6580 Plate 강재는 ASTM A29-4340, 프랑스 30NCD8 과 대응되는 유럽 규격으로
높은 인성과 좋은 QT 경화성으로, 높은 응력이 작용하는 환경에 사용합니다.

※ Toughness (인성 : 靭性)
The degree of difficulty in occurring impact breaking
because of the material’s toughness.

질기고 세며, 충격 파괴를 일으키기 어려운지, 어떤지의 정도를 말합니다.
충격에 파괴됨이 없이 충격을 흡수하는 능력으로, 인성이 낮은 강재는
깨지기 쉽고, 높은 인성 재료는 보통 연성도 높습니다.

※ Nickel (Ni)
One of the most widely used alloying elements in steel.
In amounts of 0.50% to 5.00% its use in alloy steels increases
the toughness and tensile strength without detrimental effect
on the ductility. Nickel also increases the hardenability.

니켈은 강(steel)에 많이 합금 되는 원소로, 0.50~5.00% 수준의 합금으로도, 강의
연성에 해로운 영향을 주지 않고, 강도와 인성을 증가 시키고, 경화능 향상 원소입니다.

※ 열처리 ( Heat Treatment : 熱處理)
철강재의 전체 또는 일부에 열 사이클을 적용하여 그 성질 또는 조직을 변화 시키는
일련의 작업으로, 철강재의 화학 조성은 이러한 작업 과정으로 변할 수 있습니다.

properties and/or structure.
