AMS 4048 는, annealed 열처리 된 알루미늄 Clad (Alclad)
Alclad 7075-Temper O Sheet, Plate 합금 규정으로

AMS 4049 고용화 (solution)과 석출 경화 열처리 된 Alclad 7075-T6,
Alclad 7075-T651 Sheet, Plate 와 구분됩니다.

QQ-A-250/13 규정은 미국 연방 규격으로 Alclad 7075 판과 쉬트 규정으로
심부 (core)는 7075, 바깥 양쪽은 7072 로 Cladding 알루미늄 합금 규정입니다.

이들 규정은 ASTM B209 Alclad 7075 규정과 대응되며, 이 규정에는 Alclad 7075-O 를
포함해 Alclad 7075-T6 (AMS 4049) T651 등의 Temper 가 있습니다.

AMS 4048, QQ-A-250/13, Al-Clad 7075-O 재질은, Temper O 로는
다른 알루미늄보다도 높은 항복강도와 인장강도로, 항공기용 재료로 사용됩니다.

※ Temper
The term “temper” means the division of mechanical properties
individually formed by various processing and heat treatment
conditions in the manufacturing process.

금속 또는 합금에 요구되는 특정한 물리적 성질 또는 기계적 성질을
부여하는 공정(예를 들면 기계적 처리 및 열처리) 후의 상태를 말합니다.

※ Temper O
Annealed, Recrystallized — Applies to the softest temper of wrought products.
어닐링 (풀림 열처리)한 것으로 전신재에 대해 가장 부드러운 상태를 얻은 상태입니다.

※ Clad Plate (클래드 : 접합판)
a plate of which the base material (a plate constituting the base plate) is clad
on all the surface with a sheet of different kind alloy by the method such as
pressure welding or the like.

심재 (중심이 되는 판)의 표면에 피재 (종류가 다른 합금의 얇은 판)를
압접 등의 방법으로 전면에 접합한 판을 말합니다.
