AMS 4041 은 초두랄루민 알루미늄 2024-T3 (1-1/2%) Sheet
(두께 4.00~6.00 mm)제품과 2024-T351 (1-1/2%) Plate

(두께 6.30~100.00 mm), 2종류 알루미늄 클래드 (Alclad)에 대한 규정입니다.
AMS 4041 규정 재료는 높은 강도 대비 낮은 비중으로, 비강도 (比强度)가

높은 특징으로, 주로 항공기의 구조용으로 사용됩니다.
AMS 4041 합금은 심부는 2024, 양면은 1230 으로 된 Sheet, Plate 로

2024-T3 합금의 비중은 2.77 g/㎤, 최소 인장강도 430 MPa,
탄소강 ASTM A36 비중 7.85 g/㎤, 최소 인장강도 400 MPa 로,

2024-T3, 비강도 155, ASTM A36 비강도 51 과, 비교하면
2024-T3 초두랄루민 Alclad 재료의 높은 비강도를 알 수 있습니다.

AMS 4041 규정은 ASTM B209 Alclad 2024-T3, T351,
DIN AlCuMg2 재질과 비교되는 시효 경화성 두랄루민 합금입니다.

※ Aging (시효: 時效)
Phenomenon leading to a modification in the properties of a ferrous
product due to the migration of interstitial elements, which can
occur at ambient temperature or at temperature close to it.

상온 또는 상온에 가까운 온도에서 용질 원자의 확산이 일어나게
함으로써, 철강재의 성질이 개선되는 현상.
이 용어는 시효 경화 (석출 경화)라는 용어와 동의어로 쓰입니다.

※ Clad Plate (클래드 : 접합판)
a plate of which the base material (a plate constituting the base plate) is clad
on all the surface with a sheet of different kind alloy by the method such as
pressure welding or the like.

심재 (중심이 되는 판)의 표면에 피재 (종류가 다른 합금의 얇은 판)를
압접 등의 방법으로 전면에 접합 한 판을 말합니다.
