환봉 재질 13CrMo4-4 steel 은, DIN 17176 규정 재료입니다.
DIN-EN 으로 변경된 후에는 13CrMo4-5 이고, 재질 번호 1.7335 입니다.

합금강으로 Chromium, Molybdenum 합금 재료로, 높은 열처리성 재질로
환봉, 강판, 파이프, 단조재 형상 제품으로, 형상별 DIN-EN 규정이 각각입니다.

13CrMo4-4 환봉 재료는 +NT (normalizing and tempering) 열처리 재료 외에
외경이 큰 환봉 재료는 +QL (liquid quenched and tempered),

+QA (air quenched and tempered) 조건도 있는, 다양한 열처리가 가능한 재질입니다.
13CrMo4-4 steel 환봉 합금강은 고온 압력용기용 열간 압연 강재 규정 중 1가지입니다.

고온인 500℃ 에서 0.2% 항복강도 외경 60 mm — 159 MPa minimum 이고
크리프 파괴 강도는 570℃ 에서 200,000h — 26 MPa 입니다.

13CrMo4-4, 1.7335 강재는 좋은 용접성으로, 보일러와 압력용기용으로 쓰이고
ASTM A182 F11, A182 F12 재질과 비슷한 화학 조성입니다.

※ 열처리( Heat Treatment : 熱處理)
철강재의 전체 또는 일부에 열 사이클을 적용하여 그 성질 또는 조직을 변화 시키는
일련의 작업으로, 철강재의 화학 조성은 이러한 작업 과정으로 변할 수 있습니다.
