A333 용접강관이든
A333 무용접강관인 SMLS 강관이든

제조에 ASTM A333 규정을 따라야 합니다.
이 강관 규격은 Low Temperature, 저온용 강관입니다.

시험 규정도 까다로워 채취하는
시험편도, 압연 방향 (Longitudinal) 과

횡 방향 (Transverse) 모두를 지정하고
Impact Test Temperature -45℃ 보증강재입니다.

A333 에서 충격 시험 온도가 무려
-75℃, -100℃, -195℃에 이르는 다른 Grade 강종도 있는

전형적인 저온용 강재 특성을 보여주고 있습니다.
함유되는 금속 원소도, 합금용 원소의 다양성을

볼 수 있는 강종입니다.
나타나는 화학원소 중 Nb (니오븀 : Niobium)은

미국에서는 컬럼븀 (Columbium : Cb) 으로도
불리는 2가지 이름을 가진 원소입니다.

니오븀 (Niobium) 은 용접성, 고온 강도, 내공식성을 성질을 가지는 원소로
(곰보처럼 원형의 0.1 mm ~ 몇 cm 에 이르는 부식에 저항하는 성질)

여러 원소가 약간씩 들어간 저합금계 강재를
고강도로 만드는 곳에 딱 들어 맞는 원소입니다.

※ Longitudinal directions (압연방향 : 壓延方向)
The principal direction of flow in a worked steel.
Usually the length of the plate.
Grain direction also runs the length of the plate.

※ Transverse directions (역방향 : 逆方向)
Literally, across usually signifying a direction or plane
perpendicular to the direction of working.

※ Steels for low temperature service (저온용강재, 低溫用鋼材)
Steel products manufactured for the pressure vessels and structures
used at a low temperature which required toughness at a low
temperature and weldability.
There are carbon steel, low alloy steel, 2.5% nickel steel, 3.5 nickel steel
9% nickel steel, austenitic stainless steel, etc. according to use temperature.

저온하에서 쓰이는 용기, 설비 및 구조재로서 저온 인성 및 용접성을 중시해서
제조 된 강재로, 사용온도에 따라 탄소강, 저합금강, 2.5% 니켈강, 3.5% 니켈강
9% 니켈강, 오스테나이트 스텐레스강이 있습니다.
