A131 은 ASTM 규격의
선체 구조용 강판와 형강에 대한 규격입니다.
A131 AH, DH, EH, FH 강재는
Deoxidation은 Killed & Fine Grain Practice로 제조 되며
그 제조 방법이 Normalizing
열처리로 제조 되면, 강재의 표면,
검사 증명서와 관련 Data에 “N”를 붙여야 하며,
TMCP 로 제조 되면
아래의 사진처럼 강재의 측면 뿐 아니라
강재의 표면에도 TMCP의 표시가 되어야 합니다.
마찬가지로 Control Rolled
생산 방법인 경우는 “CR”
Quenched and Tempered
생산 방법인 경우는 “QT”라고 Marking됩니다.

Steel with an austenitic grain size number is 5 or over…JIS
※ Fine grained steel (DIN-EN)
Steel with fine grain structure with an equivalent index of ferritic grain
size ≥ 6 determined in accordance with EN ISO 643

Steels which resist grain growth over a considerable temperature range,
when held at temperature for a reasonable length of time as is
customary in heat treatment of steel

Structural Steel Produced by TMCP
※ Normalizing (불림 :燒準)
Heat treatment consisting of austenitizing followed by air cooling.
The purposes of this operation are to eliminate the influence of pre-working,
to render the crystal grains finder and to improve their mechanical properties.
오스테나이트화 후 공기 중에서 냉각하는 열처리로
노말라이징 열처리의 목적은 강재 생산 앞 공정에서 받은 응력 (Stress)를 풀어주고
결정립을 미세화, 표준화 시켜, 기계적 성질을 향상 시키는 열처리를 말합니다.
