Boiler Plate and Pressure Vessel Carbon Plate

압력용기용 강판 (Steel Plates for Pressure vessels)은
압력용기 및 고압 설비 등에 사용됩니다.

용접성이 좋은 열간압연강판으로 액화물 저장 탱크,
원유 정제 및 화력 발전 보일러, LPG탱크에 사용되며

설비의 대형화와 사용 조건의 가혹화에 따라
크게 고온, 상온, 저온으로 분류됩니다.

KS 규격으로는 SPPV235, SPPV 315,
SPPV410, SPPV450, SPPV490이 있고

JIS규격은 KS규격에서 “P” 한 글자가 빠진
SPV235, SPV 315, SPV410, SPV450, SPV490 입니다.

KS와 JIS에서 나타나는 규격 약호 뒤에
나타나는 숫자는 강재의 최소 항복강도를 나타냅니다.

보일러용 강판은 KS, JIS 모두 강재의 규격 약호가 같고
규격 약호 뒤에 나타나는 숫자는 최소 인장강도를 의미하며

강종으로는 SB410, SB540, SB480이 있고 금속 원소
Mo (몰리브덴)을 첨가한 SB450M, SB480M 규격이 있습니다.

KS와 JIS 규격 외에도 ASTM 규격으로의
생산과 사용이 많으며 ASTM 규격으로는

중고온용 압력용기 강판의 규격으로
ASTM A515, A515M이 있고

상온 및 저온용 압력용기용강판으로는
A516, A516M 이 있고 그외에도 A537 규격 등

Cr (크롬), Mn (망간), Ni (니켈)을
첨가한 많은 다른 규격이 있습니다.

이러한 압력용기용 강판은 고압 분위기에서
사용되므로 강재의 내부 품질 보증이

매우 중요하고, 열처리로는
TMCP, Normalizing 방법이 사용되고 있습니다.

압력용기용강재는 주로 석유 산업에서
사용하는 강재로 기본적인 품질 외에도

안정성 확보를 위한 종합적인
품질 보증을 요구하는 강종으로

가공 물성을 확인하기 위한 PWHT
용접성을 확보하기 위한 저Ceq

강재의 고인성 (High Toughness) 성질을
보증할 충격 시험과 DWTT

내 SOUR재로서의 HIC와 SSCC Test
내진 성능인 저YR이 요구됩니다.

※ Ceq : 탄소당량 (Carbon equivalent) : The value obtained by converting the influential
strength of elements other than carbon into carbon content.
The Carbon equivalent to tensile strength, that to the maximum hardness in weld zone,
etc.are often used. the following formula is applied for weldability in JIS and KS.
※ Toughness
The degree of difficulty in occurring impact breaking
because of the material’s toughness .

※ Steels for pressure vessel
Steel products manufactured for boilers and pressure vessels which
requires strength at a high temperature and weldability
They are generally used for the principal portions of
boilers and pressure vessels.

※ SLAB
Plate shaped semi-products of thickness equal or greater than 50mm and
a ratio of which to thickness is equal or greater than 2
Used as a rolling material for steel and steel strip
In the specification of ISO 6929,
Slabs with a ratio of width to thickness
greater than 4 are called “flat slabs”
