M152 Alloy Steel 강재는 몰리브덴 합금 고온용 마르텐자이트 스텐레스로
열처리에 의해 1000 MPa 이상의 높은 인장강도가 가능한 재료입니다.

M152 Alloy Steel 스텐레스는 UNS S64152 번호 뒷자리와 연관이 있으며
내식성, 강도, 고온 크리프 성질이 조합된, 좋은 인성을 가지는 강재로

높은 응력이 작용하는 볼트, 스크류, 링 형상의 항공기용 부품으로 사용됩니다.
EN 10302, 1.4938,  X12CrNiMoV12-3 강재와 비교 가능한, M152 Alloy 는

1.4938 기준으로 보면, 550℃ 고온에서 항복강도 400 MPa,
100,000 시간, 550℃, 파단 강도 102 MPa 강도의 크리프 저항성 스텐레스 입니다.

M152 Alloy Steel 뿐만 아니라 대부분의 강재는 열처리에 의해 기계적 성질이
다양하게 변할 수 있으며, M152 Alloy 는 특히 열처리에 의해 물성이 다양하게 변합니다.

※ Creep Resisting Materials (크리프 저항성 재료)
Steels, nickel alloy, cobalt alloy with minimum 8% chromium, which
are characterized by good mechanical behavior at temperature above
500℃ under long-range service conditions, i.e. primarily by creep strength
to 1% plastic strain or creep rupture strength during long-time stressing.

적어도 크롬 8% 이상 합금강, 니켈합금, 코발트 합금으로 500℃ 이상에서
오랜 시간 사용해도 좋은 기계적 성질을 보이는 금속으로, 다시 말하면
1% 소성변형 또는 오랜 시간 응력이 작용하는 크립 파단 강도가 있는 금속을 말합니다.

※ Creep rupture test (크리프 파단 시험)
Test measure the time to rupture, elongation after fracture,
reduction of area after fracture, etc. by holding test piece
at constant temperature and applying constant tensile force.
There are at times the cases where strain is measured during
creep rupture test or by interrupting test.

​시험편을 일정한 온도로 유지하고 여기에 일정한 인장 하중을 가해,
파단시간, 파단 연신율, 파단 단면 수축율 등을 측정하는 시험.
크리프 파단 시험 중 또는 시험을 중단하여
변형을 측정하는 경우도 있습니다.
