36CrMoMo4 +QT 강재는 단조강이든지, SMLS 튜브 재질입니다.
이전 규격 DIN 17200 – 판, 봉, 단조재, DIN 17204 — SMLS 재질은

현재 EN 10250-3 — 단조재, EN 10297-1 — SMLS 재질과 대응됩니다.
QT 열처리성이 좋은 니켈과 크롬 1 : 1 합금과 몰리브덴 합금강재로 단조재인 경우

압연 방향과 역방향 모두에, 연신율과 충격 Test 조건이 있는 재료입니다.
36CrMoMo4 +QT 재료는 높은 응력이 작용하는 자동차 부품, 기계 구조용입니다.

축, 크랭크 샤프트, 컨넥팅 로드, 스팀 터빈 샤프트, 링으로 사용되며
아래 표는 Q : 820~850℃, T : 540~680℃ 조건의 기계적 성질입니다.

기계 구조용 합금강재 (機械構造用合金鋼)
Alloy steels used for machine parts which obtain required
properties generally by giving final working such as
forging, cutting, drawing, etc. and heat treatment.

보통 사용할 때 단조, 절삭, 인발 등의 가공과 열처리를 시행하여
소기의 성질을 얻어 기계 부품으로 만들어지는 합금강 강재를 말합니다.

※ Mechanical properties (기계적 성질 : 機械的性質)
Various properties relating to mechanical deformation and
breaking such as tensile strength, yield point or proof strength,
elongation, reduction of area, hardness, impact value,
fatigue strength, creep strength, etc.

인장강도, 항복점, 연신율, 단면 수축율, 경도, 충격치, 피로 강도,
크리프 강도 등 기계적인 변형 및 파괴에 관계되는 성질을 말합니다.

※ Elongation (연신율 : 延伸率)
The extension of metal in length when it is pulled from both sides.
It is a common mechanical parameter for metallic materials, which
is expressed as percentage of the original length. It is determined
by the tensile test, Generally, an increase in elongation leads an
increase of ductility.

금속 재료의 기계적 성질을 나타내는 지표 중 하나로, 시험편을
양쪽에서 잡아당겨, 원래 표점 거리 간 길이와 늘어난 길이를
백분율로 표시하며, 연신율 증가는 연성의 증가로 봅니다.
