ASTM B127 규정은 니켈과 동 합금인 Alloy 400, UNS N04400, 판과 Sheet,
Strip 제품에 대한 규정이고, 냉간 Sheet 경우는 0.46~6.4t 까지 입니다.

Hot Rolled Plate (열간 압연 판) : 4.76mm thickness 이상
Hot Rolled Sheet (열간 압연 쉬트 : 0.46 ≤ t ≤ 6.4 mm

Cold Rolled Sheet (냉간 압연 쉬트) : 0.46 ≤ t ≤ 6.4 mm
Cold Rolled Strip (냉간 압연 스트립) : 0.13 ≤ t ≤ 6.4 mm 로, 제품에 따라 두께가

구분되지만, Temper, 주문 조건에 따라 두께가 겹치기도 합니다.
B127 N04400 Sheet 는 Temper 에 따라 항복강도 경도가 차이가 구분되게 높아지는,

냉간 압연 (冷間壓延)에 따른 가공 경화 (加工硬化) 효과가 뚜렷한 금속입니다.
비중 8.8 g/㎤, 비자성 (非磁性), 다양한 부식 물질에 대한 내식성, 특히 해수 (海水)와

화학 제조 공정에서의 내식성과 냉간 가공에 따른 높은 강도가 특징입니다.
예를 들어 황산 10% 끓는 용액에서 Type 316L 대비 70배

1% 염산 80℃ 에서 부식 속도 6.8배, 끓는 아세트산 80%에서 25배의
높은 부식 저항성 속도인 Nickel 65% – Copper 32% 수준의 합금 재료입니다.

Cold-reduced steel sheet (냉간 압연 강판 : 冷間 壓延 鋼板)
보통 스킨 패스한 상태로 공급되나, 구매자의 요구에 의해
스킨 패스 하지 않고, 어닐링한 상태로도 공급됩니다.

last (ie. Without a skin pass), if specified by the purchaser on this order.

※ Strain hardening (가공 경화 : 加工硬化))
Modification of a metal structure by cold working, resulting in an increase in strength
and hardness, generally with some loss of ductility.

냉간 가공에 의한 금속 조직의 변화로 강도와 경도의 증가를 유발하며
일반적으로 연성이 감소되는 현상이 있습니다.

※ Full- Hard (경질 : 硬質)
One of the classification of thermal refining of cold rolled steel sheet
and strip which, after annealing, is obtained by cold rolling (may be
called refining rolling) to adjust the hardness.
Or the hardness may be obtained by chemical composition
control instead of refining rolling.
There are one eight hard, quarter hard, half hard and full hard
according to the classification of hardness, tensile strength, etc.

냉간 압연 강판 및 강대의 조질 구분의 하나로, 어닐링 후 가공성을 목적으로
경질 조정을 목적으로 한, 냉간 압연으로 얻게 되는 성질로, 경도, 인장강도,
등의 구분에 따라 1/8경질, 1/4 경질, 1/2 경질, 경질로 구분합니다.
