API 5L X52Q Pipe, SMLS Carbon Steel

API 5L X52 강재는 라인 파이프로 사용하는 파이프 재질 기호로
52 ksi × 6.9 = 약 360 MPa 항복강도 최소 값을 가지는 강관입니다.

항복강도로만 보면 KS SM355 급, EN S355 급, A572-50 강도와 비교되는
고장력 강재이고 Pipe 의 두께에 따라 Schedule 이 구분됩니다.

API 5L X52 라고도 부르고, QT 열처리 생산하는 경우는 X52Q 라고 합니다.
PCM (용접 균열 감수성), Cep (탄소당량) 대한 규정이 있고

부식에 대해서는 NACE MR0175/ISO 15156-2, NACE MR0103/ISO17945 규정,
경도는 HRC 22 maximum 규정, -50℃ CVN Impact Test 조건이 있습니다.

비파괴 시험인 Ultrasonic test, No weld repair 조건이 있고 Fully Killed
(완전 탈산강)으로 제조하는 등의 까다로운 검사 조건이 있는 강재입니다.

The value obtained by converting the influential strength of
elements other than carbon into carbon content.
The Carbon equivalent to tensile strength, that to the
maximum hardness in weld zone, etc. are often used.

탄소 이외의 원소의 영향력을 탄소량으로 환산한 공식임.
인장강도에 대한 탄소당량, 용접부 최고 경도에 대한 탄소당량 등이 잘 사용됩니다.
철강의 성질은 탄소량에 의해 크게 좌우되고, 특히 용접부의
기계적 성질은 탄소량에 의해 크게 좌우됩니다.
Manganese를 포함한 다른 합금 원소도 약간의 영향력을 미치므로,
이 영향력을 탄소의 영향력으로 환산한 것을 탄소당량이라고 합니다.

※ Pcm : Parameter crack measurement of steel products
The value expressed the effect of chemical composition
to low temperature crack is expressed as weld crack sensitivity.

※ Ultrasonic Test (UT : 초음파 탐상 시험)
Nondestructive testing to examine inner defects and material
quality of test body by utilizing acoustic property when
ultrasonic wave has transmitted the test body.

초음파를 시험체 중에 전달했을 때, 시험체에 나타나는 음향적 성질을
이용해, 시험체 내부의 결함이나 재질 등을 조사하는 비파괴 시험입니다.
