SCr420 Bar 강재는 1% 수준의 크롬 합금 강재입니다.
크롬은 높은 경화성 원소로, 크롬 합금으로 열처리에 의해 높은 강도가 가능합니다.

탄소량이 높지 않은 0.20% 수준에서 — QT 열처리 안되는 탄소량 수준에서
크롬만 합금하고, 열처리 하면 인장강도 830 MPa 이상인 재료입니다.

이에 대응 가능한 재료로 DIN-EN 20MnCr5, 재질 번호 1.7147 재료가 있으며
망간을 제외한 다른 원소에서 충분히 비교 가능한 합금강재입니다.

※ Chromium (Cr : 크롬)
When used as an alloying element, chromium increases the hardenability of steel
and in association with high carbon gives resistance to wear and abrasion.
Chromium has an important effect on corrosion resistance and is present
in stainless steels in amounts of 11.5-20%.

크롬은 강에 합금 원소로 사용되며, 크롬량이 증가하면 경화성이 높아지고
고탄소강에는 내마모 성질을 부여합니다. 크롬은 스텐레스강에서 가장
중요한 원소로 11.5~20% 수준 합금 되어, 내식 성질을 부여합니다.

※ Manganese (Mn)
Stabilized austenite and lowers the transformation temperature,
improving quenchability. Increases strength without reducing toughness.
Stabilizes cementite and suppresses graphitization.
Fixes S as MnS and thereby prevents red brittleness.

망간은 오스테나이트 안정화 원소이고, 천이 온도를 낮춰줍니다.
소입성을 증가 시키고, 인성의 감소 없이 강도를 높여주지만
너무 많으면 취성을 증가 시킵니다.

※ 열처리( Heat Treatment : 熱處理)
철강재의 전체 또는 일부에 열 사이클을 적용하여 그 성질 또는 조직을 변화 시키는
일련의 작업으로, 철강재의 화학 조성은 이러한 작업 과정으로 변할 수 있습니다.

or partially exposed to thermal cycles to bring about a change in its
properties and/or structure.
