AS/NZ 3678 Grade 300L15 재질은 호주와 뉴질랜드에서 사용하는
철강 규격 중 열간 압연 탄소강 강재이면서 12~20t 판재 기준
항복강도 300 MPa minimum 의 기계적 성질을 가지는 강판입니다.
Grade 300L15 강재는 특별히 CVN Impact Energy 영하 15℃ 27 Joule
minimum 의 충격 흡수 에너지 규정이 있는 좋은 연성 (ductility) 강판입니다.
강도를 높이려고, 바나듐 원소를 0.030 maximum 미량 합금입니다.
※ Ductility (연성 : 延性)
The property of metals that enables them to be mechanically deformed
when cold, without fracture. In steel, ductility is usually measured by
elongation and reduction area is determined in a tensile test.
금속에 인장력을 줘 소성 변형을 일으켰을 때, 끊어짐이 없이 선 (line)상으로
늘릴 수 있는 성질을 연성이라고 하고, 연성은 인장시험에서
연신율 (Elongation), 단면수축율 (Reduction area; RA)로 측정합니다.
물질이 파괴되지 않고 유연하게 변할 수 있는 능력입니다.
쉽게 말해 물질이 파괴되지 않고 유연하게 변형할 수 있는 능력입니다.
※ Brittleness (취성 : 脆性 : 메짐성)
The property of little deformability, hard and brittle in general,
It is usually compared by the strength of impact or the surface conditions of fracture
20℃＜ 0℃＜ -20℃＜-40℃＜-60℃＜-100℃ 저온으로 가면 갈수록
Brittleness (취성 : 깨지는 성질)는 급격히 증가하며, 구조체의 안전을 확보해야 할
철강 구조체가, 온도가 내려가는 환경에서 버티는 성질이 중요합니다.
※ Vanadium (V) – increases shock resistance, strength, and hardness.
Retards grain growth even after exposure to high temperatures.
바나듐 원소는 경도와 강도, 충격 저항성을 높이고,
고온에서 결정립의 성장을 지연 시키는 원소입니다.
