SUS 410 은 13Cr 로 표시되며
마르텐자이트계의 대표 강종입니다.

SUS 410 은 특성은 강도는 높지만,
Strength : 항복 강도 205, 인장 강도 440N/㎟ 이상.

기계 가공성은 우수합니다.
양호한 내식성을 가지지만

가혹한 부식 환경에는 적합치 않으며
일반 용도용 칼날, 1종 양식기 (Fork, Spoon),

석유 정제 장치, 볼트, 너트용으로 사용되는 강종입니다.
자성이 있는 강종이며 Plate인 경우 No.1 으로 공급됩니다.

No.1 이란 열간 압연 강판 및 강대의
표면 끝 손질 상태를 말하며

열간 압연 후 열처리, 산세 또는 이에 준하는 처리를
시공해 끝 손질한 상태를 말합니다.

Stainless steels which can be hardened by increasing carbon contents
of ferritic stainless steel and heat treatment to martensitic structure
SUS410 is representative.
담금질함으로서 마르텐자이트 조직으로 되어, 경화 시킬 수가 있는
스테인레스강으로 SUS410 — 13% 크롬강이 대표적입니다.

※ Martensite (마르텐자이트)
체심 정방체 (BCC) 구조를 가지는 준안정 고용체를 말합니다.
이것은 오스테나이트가 확산 기구가 아닌 방법으로 변태 되어 형성됩니다.

Metastable solid solution with a body-centred tetragonal crystal or a
body-centered cubic crystal having the same chemical composition
as that of the original austenite.
It is formed at a temperature of point Ms or lower by the transformation
of austenite without diffusional mechanism.
Martensite is sometimes produced by plastic deformation of austenite.
