EN 10216-1 규정 강재는 압력용기용 SMLS 튜브, 탄소강 재질에
대한 규정이고, 상온에서 사용하는 TR1, TR2, 2가지 Grade 가 있습니다.

P235TR1 – As formed or N, 알루미늄에 대한 제한 규정 없고, CVN 규정 없음.
P235TR2 – Normalizing, Aluminum 제한 규정 있고, CVN 규정 있음.

위의 차이점이 TR1, TR2 의 차이점이고, 미량 원소에서는 차이가 없습니다.
또한 열간 제조 후 냉간 처리시에는 Grade 상관없이 Normalizing (+N) 열처리입니다.

항복강도는 235 MPa minimum 으로, 강도에서는 높지 않은 일반 탄소강이고
ASTM A106 Grade A – 205 MPa, Grade B – 240 MPa 의 중간 수준 강도입니다.

※ Normalizing (불림 :燒準)
Heat treatment consisting of austenitizing followed by air cooling.
The purposes of this operation are to eliminate the influence of pre-working,
to render the crystal grains finder and to improve their mechanical properties.

오스테나이트화 후 공기 중에서 냉각하는 열처리로
노말라이징 열처리의 목적은 강재 생산 앞 공정에서 받은 응력 (Stress)을 풀어주고
결정립을 미세화, 표준화 시켜, 기계적 성질을 향상 시키는 열처리를 말합니다.

※ Charpy V-Notch Impact Test (CVN : 샤르피 충격 시험 : 衝擊試驗)
Test to measure the absorbed energy, impact value, percentage
of brittle/ductile fracture, transition temperature, etc. with using
charpy impact testing machine in which test piece is supported by
two supports distant by 40mm so that the notch meets the middle
between supports and is broken by striking with one blow of
pendulum to the face opposite the notch.

샤르피 충격 시험기를 사용하여 시험편을 40 mm 간격이 있는 두 개의
지지대에 올려 놓고, 또한 노치부를 지지대 사이의 중앙에 놓고
노치부의 뒷면을 해머로 1회만 충격을 주어, 시험편을 파단 시키고
흡수 에너지, 충격치, 파면율, 천이 온도 등을 측정하는 시험.
