25Cr – Duplex 라고 약칭 말합니다.
25Cr – Duplex 대표적이 2가지 강종으로는

S32750 — 25Cr,7Ni, 4Mo   + N
S32760 — 25Cr,7Ni, 3.5Mo + N + W  이 있습니다.

물론 다른 25Cr Duplex도 있지만, 25Cr 중에는
S32750, S32760 이 가장 많이 사용되고 있습니다.

S32750, S32760 의 Cr 함량이 24~26%로 중간 값 25% 이니
25 Cr 이라고도 하지만, 25Cr 함량의 다른 합금도 많습니다.

우수한 내부식 성능, 해수에서의 뛰어난
Pitting and Crevice 저항성을 가진 스테인레스입니다.

Super Duplex 라고 불리는 S32750, S32760 은
연성(Ductility)와 내식성(Corrosion resistance)

향상을 위해 N (nitrogen)를
합금한 특징이 있습니다.

※ Ductility (연성)
The property of metals that enables them to be mechanically deformed
when cold, without fracture. In steel, ductility is usually measured by
elongation and reduction area is determined in a tensile test.
금속에 인장력을 줘 소성 변형을 일으켰을 때, 끊어짐이 없이 선 (line)상으로
늘릴 수 있는 성질을 연성이라고 하고, 연성은 인장 시험에서
연신율 (Elongation), 단면 수축율 (Reduction Area; RA)로 측정합니다.
