High Permeability 49® 재료는 Carpenter Technology Corporation
회사가 특허권을 가지는 높은 자기 투자성 (磁氣 透滋性),

낮은 철손 (core loss : 鐵損), 약 16000 gauss/1.6 telsa 수준의
높은 자속밀도 (magnetic flux density, 磁束密度) 특징의 환봉과 sheet 재료입니다.

연자성체 5가지 group 투자율 (permeability) , 페라이트 스텐레스 약 2500, 철-코발트 합금,
순철, 규소 합금강 12000 수준일 때 High Perm 50® 은 maximum 75000 수준입니다.

High Permeability 49® 화학 조성은 니켈48% 수준에 철 (Fe)가 52% 수준의 합금체로
ASTM A753 Alloy 2, MIL-N-14411 Comp 3, AMS 7718, F30-Chemistry only 와 대응됩니다.

High Perm 49® 합금은 냉간인발 또는 Hydrogen Annealing 열처리 조건으로 공급되며,
자기특성 (magnetic properties)이 중요하므로, 기계적 성질 표시가 없는 경우가 있습니다.

※ 규소강 (硅素鋼 : silicon steel)
규소 함유량이 0.5~7%이며 탄소 함유량이 극히 낮고, 열간 또는 냉간압연으로
제조 되고, 뛰어난 자기 특성을 갖는 전자강.
