1.4542 +P960 재질은 열처리 (석출경화)로 높은 강도와 오스테나이트 수준의
내식성은 아니지만, 스텐레스 재질로는 중간 수준의 내식성도 가지는 강종입니다.

1.4542 +P960 에서 “+P960” 은 Precipitation Hardening, 인장강도
최소 960 MPa 이상의 기계적 성질을 가지는 내용의 압축 기호입니다.

1.4542 Bar 강재는 다양한 부식 물질에 내식성이지만, 해수에서는 틈 부식이
있을 수 있으며, 용접이 가능한 석출경화 마르텐자이트 스텐레스입니다.

강종명은 X5CrNiCuNb16-4 또는 X5CrNiCuNb17-4-4 이며, 자동화 기계 부품,
우주 항공 산업, 펌프와 고압 장비, 의료 장비, 공구, 압출 설비, 발전소에 사용됩니다.

※ Martensitic Stainless Steels
Stainless steels which can be hardened by increasing carbon contents
of ferritic stainless steel and heat treatment to martensitic structure
SUS410 is representative.

담금질함으로서 마르텐자이트 조직으로 되어, 경화 시킬 수가 있는
스테인레스강으로 SUS410 — 13% 크롬강이 대표적입니다.

※ Martensite (마르텐자이트)
체심 정방체(BCC) 구조를 가지는 준안정 고용체를 말합니다.
이것은 오스테나이트가 확산 기구가 아닌 방법으로 변태 되어 형성됩니다.
마르텐자이트는 담금질강재의 구조입니다.

Metastable solid solution with a body-centred tetragonal crystal or a
body-centered cubic crystal having the same chemical composition
as that of the original austenite.
It is formed at a temperature of point Ms or lower by the transformation
of austenite without diffusional mechanism.
Martensite is sometimes produced by plastic deformation of austenite.
Martensite is the structure in quenched steel.
