Niobium 또는 Columbium 으로 불리는 원소를 합금한 고온용 재료입니다.

DIN 1.4546.9 – X7CrNiNb18-10 재료는 EN 1.4550 – X6CrNiNb18-10 와
비교되며, 425~815℃ 수준의 고온에서 탄화물 생성을 억제하는 — 탄화물

(크롬카바이드) 안정화 원소인 니오븀 또는 컬럼븀 원소 합금이 특징인 스텐레스로
입계부식 저항성, 고온 강도, 내산화성의 오스테나이트 스텐레스입니다.

※ 니오븀(Nb : Niobium) 또는 Columbium (Cb)
크롬이 탄소와 결합해 Cr 탄화물로 형성돼 크롬 고갈에 따른 입계부식 발생될 것을 크롬보다
탄소와 친화력이 큰 Niobium 합금으로, NbC 라는 탄화물을 형성해, 크롬 고갈을 방지함으로
내 (耐) 입계부식성 개선, 결정립 미세화, 고온강도, 크리프 특성을 향상 시키는 원소입니다.

※ 입계부식 (Intergranular corrosion : 粒界腐蝕)
금속의 결정 입계 (grain boundary) 또는 근처에서 발생하는 부식을 말합니다.
Corrosion in or adjacent to the grain boundaries of the metal.
