NiCr20Ti Sheet 합금은 니켈을 베이스 메탈로, 크롬을 20% 수준 합금하고
입계 부식 저항성 원소인 티타늄을 합금 해, 재질 명칭이 NiCr20Ti 입니다.

1000℃ 수준까지 좋은 기계적 성질과 높은 스케일 발생 저항성, 산화에 대한
저항성과 금속적으로 안정성을 가지는 유럽 EN 10095 규격 강재입니다.

다른 오스테나이트 스텐레스보다 냉간 가공에 의한 가공 경화 효과가 커
더 높은 강도를 가지며, Solution Annealed (+AT) 조건 공급입니다.

높은 내열성과 고온 강도, 내 (耐) 크리프 강도로 가스 터빈용 설비, 원자력 발전소,
로 (爐 : furnace) 부품, 열처리 설비, 소각로, 고온용 파스너와 스프링 용도입니다.

※ Scale (스케일)
고온에서 금속 표면에 형성된 부식 생성물의 고체 층을 말합니다.
Solid layer of corrosion products formed on a metal at high temperature.

※ 입계부식 (Intergranular corrosion : 粒界腐蝕)
금속의 결정 입계 (grain boundary) 또는 근처에서 발생하는 부식을 말합니다.
Corrosion in or adjacent to the grain boundaries of the metal.

※ Strain hardening (가공 경화 : 加工硬化)
Modification of a metal structure by cold working, resulting in an increase in strength
and hardness, generally with some loss of ductility.

냉간 가공에 의한 금속 조직의 변화로 강도와 경도의 증가를 유발하며
일반적으로 연성이 감소되는 현상이 있습니다.

※ 산화 (Oxidation : 酸化)
The addition of oxygen to a compound,
Exposure to atmosphere sometimes results in oxidation of the
exposed surface, hence a staining or discoloration,
This effect is increased with temperature.

산소와의 결합을 말합니다.
표면이 대기에 노출되면 산화 된 결과 표면 색이 변하고 변형이 됩니다.
온도가 높아지면 산화는 가속화됩니다.
