4130 Sheet 재료는 크롬과 몰리브덴 2가지 원소를 경화 원소로 합금하고,
QT 열처리 해서 쓰거나 Annealed 조건으로 공급됩니다.

따로 기계적 성질이 규정으로 나타나는 재료가 아닙니다.
이는 열처리 온도에 따라 다양한 기계적 성질이 나타나기 때문이며

Annealed 조건에서 항복강도 360 MPa 수준의 고장력 강재입니다.
QT 열처리에서는 Tempering 열처리 온도 650℃ 에서는 700 MPa 수준입니다.

Annealed, QT 열처리 외에도 Normalizing, As Roll 조건 공급이 있으며
4130 Sheet 뿐 아니라, Plate, R-Bar, Pipe, Block 형상도 공급됩니다.

4130 Sheet 재료는 탄소량 0.30% 수준에 Cr, Mo 원소의 영향으로 다양한 열처리가
가능하고, 연성 (ductility), 인성 (toughness) 좋은 경화성 저합금 강재입니다.

※ Chromium (Cr : 크롬)
When used as an alloying element, chromium increases the hardenability of steel
and in association with high carbon gives resistance to wear and abrasion.
Chromium has an important effect on corrosion resistance and is present
in stainless steels in amounts of 11.5-20%.

크롬은 강에 합금 원소로 사용되며, 크롬량이 증가하면 경화성이 높아지고
고탄소강에는 내마모 성질을 부여합니다. 크롬은 스텐레스강에서 가장
중요한 원소로 11.5~20% 수준 합금되어, 내식 성질을 부여합니다.

※ Molybdenum (Mo)
Its use as an alloying element in steel increase hardenability and
in low alloy steels reduces the risk of temper brittleness.
It is used in stainless steels as well as high speed steels.
It is increases the high-temperature tensile and creep strengths in steel.

몰리브덴은 경화능 향상원소이고, 저합금강에서는 템퍼 취성을 감소 시키는
역할을 합니다. 몰리브덴은 고속도강부터 스텐레스까지 합금 되는 원소입니다.
몰리브덴은 강에서 고온 강도와 크리프 강도를 높여주는 역할을 합니다.
