B168 Alloy600 Hard Temper 스프링용 시트는 고온 강도와 내식성, 내산화성을
특징으로 하는 니켈 합금으로, 높은 니켈 합금량은 염화물에 기인하는 응력 부식에

높은 저항성이고, 열처리로 강도를 높이지 못하지만, 냉간 압연으로
가공 경화 방법에 의해 강도를 높여서 사용하는 비열처리 가공 경화형 재료입니다.

B168 Alloy600 재질은 가공성이 좋으며 극저온부터 1000℃ 수준까지 광역 사용
가능 온도 합금이고 화학 공업, 우주 항공, 열처리 부품, 발전소 재료로 사용됩니다.

B168 Alloy600 합금은 Nickel Alloy 600/Inconel 600® 으로도 불리는 재질입니다.

※ Oxidation resistance (내산화성 : 耐酸化性)
A property of oxidation resistance at a high temperature.
고온에서 산화 (철의 부식)에 견디는 성질을 말합니다.

※ Stress corrosion (응력 부식 : 應力腐蝕)
부식과 인장 응력 또는 잔류 응력, 그리고 부식성 환경으로 인해
금속의 변형과 함께 발생하는 부식을 말합니다.
금속 표면에 거의 부식이 없지만 미세한 균열들이 금속
내부로 퍼짐에 따라 (전파에 따라), 설계 강도보다 훨씬 낮은
응력에서도 금속 파괴가 일어날 수 있습니다.

※ Chromium (Cr) – gives stainless steel its stainless quality. Increases response to
heat treatments and depth of hardness. In combination with nickel, greatly
increases corrosion and oxidation resistance. Also increases toughness,
tensile strength, and resistance to wear.

크롬은 스텐레스를 스텐레스답게 만드는 원소로, 크롬 함량을 높이면 열처리성과
경도의 깊이를 깊게 하고, 니켈과 함께 할 경우, 내식성과 내산화성을 향상시킵니다.
또한 인성, 인장강도, 내마모성을 높이는 원소입니다.
